Return Policy and Cancellation
1.We have a "No questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. If order is processed and delivered the items won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing defect/issue. The member must inform sskonlinestores of any replacements / returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
2.Please note that cancellations have to be made within 4 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. sskonlinestores has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by sskonlinestores and accept sskonlinestores decision regarding the cancellation.
3.Refunds to member against any cancellations / alterations/ modifications in the order made by the member after the initial order placement, will be credited to the members account. No cash refunds shall be made. The member can utilize such refunds against their future purchases.
